quite alot of clearance there, something to do with the front (rear?!?) cover alignment, i think. I have taken to smearing some sealant on there, both top and bottom, and leaving a while to set up some. getting those 4 manifold to turbo bolts out can be bad, and lifting the head off without damaging the chain guides can also be tricky-that is the moment to have one or 2 friends around! And actually marking the chain and sprockets is genius- i have spent waaay too long screwing with the chain timing in the past to overlook this important detail.
