In 1985, it was. All 1985 SPG's (excluding the prototypes, which I'm not sure if they are 1985 or 1984 cars) had tan interior. Aside from that, every single US SPG (and the 1991 SE's) had buffalo gray interior. Commemorative Editions were tan, but every SPG from 1986 onward had buffalo gray. NOT tan.

In canada...I'm not sure.
