in addition to the comments wrt the sun roof, I would be very careful applying the main piece in the divot behind the sunroof. See thread in link below for more discussion + photos wrt that detail. The sunroof hole itself is pretty easy... my approach was just don't do cutouts at all, snip small holes where needed.
the shell itself goes in and out through the trunk (at least for a sedan, probably easier in a hatch). be careful not to break it, as it is fragile: use a helper or some 2x4's if need be (I got it out both times on my own). I had to repair/reinforce one using fibreglass/bondo hair etc. a search will bring up my post + photos re that also...
It is a satisfying DIY project that is not too hard + makes the car seem a lot more "fixed up". I bought my headliner fabric from a fabric store. It was Blazer brand I think + I have all the codes somewhere for the colours I used (see photos in the thread below, and you'll note from my spelling, that I'm also from Canada - I think our store ordered it in from montreal)...
