ABS cars use different pedals than non-ABS cars, although the firewalls are essentially the same. You either need to get clutch & brake pedals from an ABS car, or swap the non-ABS brakes onto yours.
Clutch slaves are interchangeable to the transmission, but matched to the throwout bearing which is matched to the pressure plate which is matched to the flywheel. Assuming you are moving the entire clutch "package" around, you're fine. If you're just moving parts, you need to be sure they match.
All turbos from '86+ should have the same front motor mount. If you've got something else up there, someone put the wrong parts on one of the cars. Actually, now that I think about it, it's possible that later ('91+) cars with an automatic got the old-style mount. You just need to remove the bracket from the body on the '91 and your '89 mount will fit.
