There is one on the side of the throttle bodya that is a water seal. I bought them from eeuroparts, but it is an oring you can source at a well stocked hardware store. This is on the side where water circulates to keep the throttle body from icing up. The other o ring is between the manifold and throttle body. If it leaks air, it would be during boost, but it couldn't be much unless the bolts were really loose. Yours was a NA motor as I recall, so it could produce a false reading the AMM sends to the ECU.
I did both of the orings as they were flat, hard and after 20 years, you would be too.....
