Just went through this with my '92. Assuming yours is a 2.1L, the lower throttle body hose is the "Heater core to water pump" hose (my '92 has a different part number due to having the heater bypass T-fitting). There is a long skinny part that branches off to the throttle body. Like many others on this board, I found a flexible 7mm nut driver indispensable for getting to the hose clamps. The top hose is a $20-30 dealer part, but I used a ~6" piece of 1/2" Gates Safety Stripe heater hose from the local parts store. I had to play around with the hose clamps for several days to get it to completely stop dripping, but you should be ok as long as the clamps are on straight (YMMV).
The issue with mine was the hoses had turned to goo after 20 years. You may want to do the thermostat and fan switch while the system is drained. I'm a fan of the Zerex G05/Distilled water mix myself. Good luck!
