Nope. Just drain the unit, button it up and refill through the filler hole/trans. dipstick on the passenger side of the unit. There will be a small bit of oil remaining in a pocket up front but if you are refilling with a compatible oil it's negligible. If you want to remove the last bit you can pop off the cover that's forward-most on the passenger side and it will spill out. Some oil change franchises pour the new transmission oil into the engine oil filler tube for quick, complete destruction of that pesky transmission but I disdain their foolish shortcuts.
