I second the recommendation of Redline MTL.
honda MTF is *not* synthetic, but many have had good luck with it.
Even fresh 10w30 dinosaur juice may well improve your situation, but MTL is going to flow better than any non-sythetic when extremely cold.
The only valid fears of MTL relate to early gearboxes with phenolic roller bearing carriers on the layshaft that would dissolve. Your cars are too new for this to be an issue. Do you know if your box has gear oil in it, or 10w30 motor oil, as the factory specs? Things are a little more touchy switching away from gear oil, and a very thorough flush is required.
Draining the main case does not drain the chaincase, so for a full flush you have to remove the chaincase cover or pump it out, and replace some of the refill (1/2 qt.) directly via the front vent cover. There is some flow between the two parts of the case during operation, so if you're dealing with 10w30 motor oil, it would be acceptable to just change the fluid a few times over the course of the next thousand miles or so, which I would suggest you do anyway.
