Dear mr. President,
I haven't personally succeeded in dizzy rebuild nor I have ever messed around dizzy for the last two years after I had switched to DI so you might want considering my response as a wild guess and taking it with a grain of salt: since the aperture disk is made of pretty soft metal you either need a very special puller (e.g. that very 02 75 123 mentioned in those service bulletins) to press the aperture disk off the shaft w/o removing the shaft from the dizzy or you better follow the 2nd link from your post.
All those chaps here on this BB who reported to have succeeded in dizzy rebuilt went the 2nd route which was (and still is) to remove that very naughty pin, iirc. In my attempt to rebuilding leaky dizzy I failed to get that pin removed and when I later tried pulling that shutter wheel off the shaft, I smashed it. Finally I had fixed the leak having the dizzy replaced with a blind plug from B234 engine when I switched to DI. And I do consider this to be the only real solution for a leaking dizzy: no distributor - no leaks. Period.
Cheers,
Zig
