I dont know... I don't think the shaking was a result of the wheel bearing in mine. I think mine was something else. I ended up disconnecting both ball joint arms where they meet the control arms (two bolts each) and the tie rod end, pulled off the big spindle nut in the center, disconnected and hung the brake caliper on the spring, and swapped in the entire hub and ball joints from the other car. I'm not suggesting that you do it that way, it was just easiest for diagnosis since I had it laying around.
As far as your problem, the shaking does not sound like the same problem that I had. Like I mentioned before, first check the easy stuff - bolts and nuts are all present and tight, control arm bushings are present and not rotted out and disintegrating, control arms have no cracks near the mounting points, CV boots are in tact, etc. Also give your car a tune up if it hasnt had one in a while - plugs, wires, cap, rotor, oil change. Weird as it sounds, that really helped mine - even the shaking.
