If you want to know if your pump is working disconnect the banjo fitting at the end of the fuel rail, put it in a can or bag and hot-wire the pump. Needless to say, fuel should start filling the can quickly. If not then you have a pump problem or maybe an occluded fuel line or totally blocked filter or no gas in the tank. If it fills the can when hot-wired the next test is to see if it fills the can when energized via the actual fuel pump circuit. If not then you have a circuit issue, relay issue or LH brain issue. You could also dig out and bench test the pump but you decide which is easier.
