If it's all new seals, you'll be fine. Heck, even if it isn't, you're probably OK, too. I did a head and main seals once, switched over to Mobil 1, and never looked back. The head was essentially new when I installed it, and 50k later, after running only Mobil 1, it looked as new as when I installed it. No varnishing, no sludge, just a clean film of Mobil 1 over all the (internal) head parts.
