I don't think I've warped my rotors on any the old 900's I've owned including a few that got driven very hard. I have worked on some old 900's with warped rotors and most often it was slide pins that were corroded and letting the brakes drag or a caliper piston that had a rough spot from a torn dust boot that would lead to brake drag also. I had one guy one time that the pins were sticking enough that he would loose his clutch after driving for about an hour due to boiling fluid. Since I assume your pins are in good shape see if if it appears at the same point in pad were or inspect the dust boots for the pistons or if you have a rebuild kit disassemble the calipers and check them out.
