Cool topic! I've been hoarding rare parts as usual. Got a basement full of stuff to sell soon, but until then, working on the following:

1980 c900t:
New Swedish Dynamics rear springs (done)
Koni adjustable rear shocks (done)
9Sport adjustable aluminum panhard rod (done)
Rear axle relocation (done)
Remote keyless entry and alarm retrofit (done)
OEM carpets (cleaned and ready to install)
NOS rubber floor mats (done)
MSS adjustable cam sprocket for B-engine
Vintage 99 ski rack (fully refinishing now)
Vented brakes all around with performance pads and SS brake lines
Full tune up
Vintage OmniCool intercooler installation
Cat removal?

1991 900SE Monte Carlo Yellow:
Near-perfect 9000 aero seat installation (ready to install)
SPG9 AID install
Rear axle relocation
9Sport adjustable aluminum panhard rod
Fresh carpets (still looking for a good set with no holes)
Door panel leather restoration
Custom side-mount intercooler
Custom built 3" downpipe
AC refurb with all new compressor, lines, and OEM Saab R134A retrofit kit
Brake job
Tune up

Spare 16VT engine:
Full cleaning (in-process)
Refinished red valve cover
New head gasket
T5.5 installation with Eeuro flywheel (still collecting parts)

Plus started a new job and a currently sick baby with a 1.5 hour commute and no Saabs on weekends. So we'll see how far I get on all of these projects.
