Haha, definitely frustrated at times, but more amused. I rarely hunt to buy (my wife has me cut off at 3 Saabs and I have 2 more hidden away that I'm not sure she knows about yet).
Thanks CBS for calling out that branch in the picture - it must have also snuck in.
EAnderson - good call on straightening the headlight wipers. I'll also add straightening the fog lights. That's another clear sign for me that the owner doesn't care if their fogs are smashed and twisted.
As for turning the wheels, I turn them in when taking shots from the front and out when taking shots from the rear - so the wheels can be seen from both angles. Wheels are a real eye catcher (one of the first things the eye is drawn to in a picture) and can mean a big difference in price.
As for doctoring photos - I've seen a lot of "Instagram" style touchups lately - giving the photo an effect to make it look retro or artsy. Better to not have any pictures in your ad at all in my opinion as touched up photos do not show an accurate view of the car. However, SLIGHT adjustments to brightness and contrast in a photo can make the photo more accurate if used in moderation.
