Since you just did repair to the oil pump, and IF you didn't remove the wiring to the oil pressure sensor, you really don't have enough oil pressure. Other possible causes of the noise (IMO) must be disregarded.
How much oil on the dipstick?
New oil filter?
As others have said, most likely that clatter is the hydraulic lifters, which are not pumped up. They are essentially last on the oil food chain……I've had some slight clatter after a head replacement, but I did not have an OIL LIGHT light on, and the lifters will quiet down after some minutes of easy driving.
Make sure it's full of oil, and then get a manual oil pressure gauge. I believe the oil sender is NPT thread, perhaps 1/4 NPT from memory, but you must confirm this (Bentley, or other source, look up the press switch and confirm). Install the manual oil gauge, start the car just long enough to see what pressure is displayed. If it is below 30 PSI, 2 Bar, I would recommend you shut the engine back down and revisit your oil pump……something therein is wrong.
Good luck!
