Oil from tranny case seal can cause slave leaks but... probably not immediately after installation. Rolled O-rings leak, but this can be prevented by assembling with Parker super O-ring (silicone) lube, brake assembly lube, and (as some here have suggested) vegetable oil. One of the two sliding surfaces for the slave piston seals may have an imperfection. Possibly old stock (even OEM) parts may have O-rings that have stiffened and lost the ability to seal. Try reassembling slave with new EPDM O-rings and lube after ensuring that cylinder surfaces are free of imperfections. For peace of mind, replace tranny case seal underneath slave, too.
