I've done this with a couple of long extensions with a socket. Take off the wheel on the side that the nut is on, and feed the socket extensions through the opening in the wheel well. You might need a helper to guide the socket on the nut if the PS hoses are too tangled up. Spray it with PB or something as it can get corroded.
Did you get a bolt back in the engine mount? I was looking at that today on an engine that was out of a car, and couldn't see how it could be reconnected with the engine in the car.
Do you have the special locking pin to keep the gearbox in third gear? They have them for cheap at genuine saab daught com. It's the one that clips to the rear diff cover and the pin goes through one of the holes in the shift rod.
