If so you can get a 88 900s where the hall sensor is on the distributor and ignore the CPS until a more convenient time. Works so well I did not ever bother to fix it the right way. Aren't all the 900 Classic Turbo hall sensor units at the distributor, and the 900 S from 89 on to the 93 sedans and coupes and 94 vert at the crank shaft pulley area? Just a suggestion but I have retro fitted this fix 3 times and its a lot easier than going between the fire wall and the front of the engine. I have lots of details how to do this but getting the distributor from a 900 S pre 1989 is the first step. I have had others say they have used a turbo dizzy and disabled the vacuum advance.
