Thanks for all the great info everyone. I was able to come up with a mechanical gauge I could hook up to the fuel rail. Like I said before I have a rising rate FPR, Not sure who's it is, it has a red top and a little bleed screw. I have it set at about 32 psi at idle with the line removed, with the line connected its about 22-24psi.
I took the car for a drive to a long hill to make couple of runs. First, I have the boost limited to 7 psi with a manual boost controller. While pulling the hill at the 7psi the fuel pressure went to 42 psi and stayed there regardless of RPM. Any increase or decrease in boost the gauge would respond accordingly. If fuel delivery above these boost levels is the culprit how could i figure that out? If I hooked up a volt meter to the pump how much of a voltage drop during driving would cause a problem.
Thanks again for everyones help.
Jamie
