OK, took bolster off. Looking at wiring diagrams (which I am not too good at) I don't see a relay. There in fact is no relay under the dash.
My car is a 1990
Best I can figure, I have a 1988 or earlier signal stalk.
Interestingly, when I hold the set button in, the cruise works.
Gotta figure out how to rearrange the wires so that it works without having to hold the button in
