Not much in DC proper. AutoScandia in Herndon (out near Dulles Airport) is pretty knowledgeable and where I take my car if I ever need to (which hasn't been for years). I used to have my wife's 900 serviced there years ago back before I bought mine. The owner is a bit terse on the phone, but they generally do good work, or did whenever I've had dealings with them.
IM Autohaus is closer in to you in Arlington/Falls Church. They are the merger of the former Saab Dealer (International Motors) and the former Swedish Motor Cars (which once had a pretty good reputation). I don't know anything about their service quality these days. International used to work on my car occasionally when I was first learning my way around the car (> 5 years ago). They are still essentially the Saab dealership, so they are a good place for ordering parts and as a source of a quick spare if you need something same day.
More distant than both of those is Viking Automotive in Gaithersburg. There's been some positive postings about them here over the years, but I have no personal info to offer either way on them.
