I did a transmission conversion (auto to manual) on a 91 SE vert. I've been having issues with it stalling when coming to a stop. Particularly with the AC running. Looking at the EPC, it looks like there's a bracket and damper that's supposed to be on the throttle body of manual transmission cars. I assume to slow deceleration when you let off the gas?

I checked out my TB and while the standoffs for the bracket are there, they aren't tapped for the bolts that hold the bracket in place. I assumed that it was probably a different TB for man., so I broke down and ordered one from Goldwing. I was careful to explain what I was looking for and the salesman seemed to know what I was talking about. Well, they sent the exact same one I have (for auto) without the bracket. I let them know about the mistake and was assured I'd get the right part. Now, they sent a TB from a manual, but there's still no bracket or damper and the same standoffs aren't tapped.

Am I correct in my interpretation of the EPC? Should those parts be there?
The car runs really well other than the stalling issue.
