When this happened to me, I took a piece of soft copper tube, and blue taped it onto the smallest nozzle of my shop vac. Then, put the copper down through the injector hole, turned on the shop vac -- the negative pressure held the pintel to the tube, and carefully pulled it up through the injector hole.
It was a blind fishing expedition, but if you can just see where it is, you can try to at least point the tube towards the pintel, and if you're lucky, it will jump on the end of the nozzle for the ride out of the cave.
The other thought is to get the nearest valve to open, and go ahead and blow it into the cylinder, then more easily fish it out through the spark plug hole.
