I wouldn't be worried so much about the boosters - the sizing of the booster is really a "feel" issue - how much assist you have vs how much your foot has to do. But, you do need to be careful about the master cylinder, as the displacement of the cylinder and balance between front and rear is important and will be a function of the caliper's displacement. I have no idea what the various sizes are so can't comment on what happens, only that you want to be sure you don't end up in a scenario where you've upset the balance, or are running either side of the master cylinder past its operating zone. It's for this reason I typically wouldn't recommend mixing and matching calipers and master cylinders... I can't do that math. :)
