Don't pull the other inner driver, you'll lose the support for the differential. One side at a time and you won't have a bigger job on your hands.....or back if you are working off the floor......
I'd replace the big O rings on the inner driver companion flange while you are in there and of course the seal for the inner driver cup shaft.
