A friend's 91T is the subject of this issue. Had AC a couple years ago. Hasn't worked this year. We took a look at it this weekend. Pressure gauges indicated it had lost all but a few psi of it's refrigerant. A visual showed an oil film at the joint where the suction hose connects to the evaporator. Pulled the joint apart and the o-lring looked very suspect. Replaced it and the dryer. Evacuated the system. Connected a can of R134 and the static vacuum pulled the pressure up to 50psi before trying the system. Started the engine, pushed the snowflake button. Compressor and fans kicked in and a few seconds later fuse 6 popped. Replaced the fuse and tried again and the fuse popped. Disconnected the pass side fan-same result. Cleaned the crossmember battery and ground cable connections. Tried again and it ran for 10-15 seconds longer and the fuse popped. Ran out of time to do more. We're not very good at reading electrical diagrams and are wondering if there is something obvious that causes #6 to blow.
