Yes, I pulled one of mine apart about six months ago, fixed it up, and got it back together. If you have the dexterity and patience for the window switches, you'll manage this too. It's a bit more of a puzzle, as I recall, but if you pull it apart carefully, and take a little time to analyze what it's doing in there, you'll be fine. It took me a couple tries to get it back together right. Mine was stiff and working intermittently. I think I cleaned it out with a Q-tip and alcohol, and probably added some dialectic grease. I recall it being a little roller track, with a ball bearing, maybe a spring, and some metal contacts. I need to do it with another of my cars as well. I also had the luxury of a spare though, in case I never got it back together again.
