The most reasonable way is to pull the wheel on that side and see which parts are wet with brake fluid. That should point you in the right direction for diagnosing the source of the leak.
Search for "brake hose clamp". These go on flexible brake lines upstream of the section of line or hose you need to isolate.
Before you replace any parts, make sure that the caliper bleeder screw on that side can be opened. You may want to soak it with PB Blaster for a couple of days before you try to turn it.
