That's a rod knock. Pull individual plug wires for a second while it's running one at a time. Once you stop fuel ignition in the guilty cylinder, the noise will quiet, revealing which cylinder it is. Sounds like a wrist pin bearing. I just ate one doing 145 mph when it let go....Let's just say it's damn noisy at that speed.. You can also drain the oil. You'll have lots of brass dust in there...I know I did. Good luck. It cost me a motor....but I was playing so I got what I deserved....
