I'd first make sure it is the sunroof which leaks. Just pour water right in the middle of the sunroof. All of it should go in the sunroof tray and out of four plastic tubes at the bottom of the car near the doors if you pour it slow enough. I'd say a leaking sunroof is extremely rare. All four tubes have to be blocked to get a leak.
Clearing the block is easy and straight forward too. Use the air pump to blow through the four drain holes next time you go to a gas station.
I'd check watertightness of the doors.
