well, anything short of looking for leaks elsewhere, maybe in the lines or perhaps a caliper, you probably still have a bad master cylinder...being in the saab repair business, if you don't properly bleed system you still can take a chance of rolling the seals in even a new master cylinder...need to always bench bleed the master cylinder, and only use new mastercylinders, not remanufactured ones...also, if you had a bad mastercylinder in the past you might want to consider replacing the power booster the fluid leaked out the rear...brake fluid will ruin the booster, and you will have to repeat the process all over again....by the way, not all m/c that i have put on vehicles,(even with all procedures followed)turned out to be good...manufactures do make mistakes(imagine that!!)
