the main crankshaft/oil pump seal and also the oil pump o-ring. I douubt that you will need to replace the whole oil pump, just replacing the seals makes a world of difference. Otherwise, I think Joe makes good suggestions.
If you're going to replace the timing/balance chains then you should seriously consider replacing ALL of the guide rails and also replacing the tensioners. These are the components that keep the chains tight and are therefore of critical importance.
In my opinion, replacing the balance gears themselves will probably not be necessary. I bet when you take the timing cover off you will have difficulty seeing any obvious wear on ANY of the sprockets (unless thay have been persistantly oil starved, which is unlikely). I just did this job about two months ago on my '91 9000T w/130K and found all the sprockets in excellent condition (except for the lower (crankshaft) balance sprocket, which was improperly harened on pre-'92 9000s; this will not be an issue for you).
Also inspect the motor mounts. There is a good write up about this on the Quasimotors website.
Good Luck!
