Because of location don't worry about the DI cassette.
Other items which should be replaced for reduced laber if done with balance shaft chains and gears.
Timing Chain if it is old and not already included in job.
Oil Pump if it is old and not already included in job.
Serp. Belt if it cracked.
Serp. Belt Tensioner if it is weak or exptremely rusty at bottem pivit point. (noisy)
Water Pump if it has a play in shaft, leakage from weep hole.
That is all I can think of off the top of my head.
