Ok, so I forced my friend to take his voltmeter and checked the starter selonoid voltage as it was clicking and he said that it said 7.4 volts. So that means when I turn my key, the starter selonoid is only receiveing 7.4 out of 12 volts. We checked the voltage at the battery while "clicking" and it drops 1/2 a volt from when the car is off.
Thanks in advance :)-
