New 9000 Owner - Several Q's!!

Hi all -
I just bought my first 9000 home tonight (97 Dk Blue CSE 66K 5-speed). It took me several months to find one in NE that I liked! Needless to say, I am very excited.
The car needs tires. I was thinking about getting a new set of wheels and use the existing ones for winter tires. Where can I get a set of Super Aero's? and 2) What tire would you pick (New England, but no winters?)
Can I only get floor mats from the dealer (the interior of the car is flawless, but the mats were missing!) or can I get them elsewhere?
The clutch works fine, but it seems to engage just off the floor. I have never driven a Saab before, but this doesn't seem right. I can't believe the car would need a clutch this soon. Any ideas?
Some sort of climate sensor in the middle of the dash is making a racket. Can I fix this myself (novice)?
I hope these questions aren't too basic!
