1. Replace the dimmer switch to the left of the steering wheel. They die.
2. I have no idea on this one!
3. The wiper "transmission" is hosed. It may be fixable, but a replacement is relatively cheap and easy. IME this sorts of failures are pretty rare on a 9000.
4. Fuses or switch are likely. Could be the motor. Those are cheap and easy. Could be seized cables (unlikely), or it could be the panel is seriously out of alignment. If it doesn't leak, chances are it's aligned ok.
5. Probably a vacuum leak. Check the turbo bypass valve first. If not vacuum, it could be a misadjusted throttle position sensor (unlikely, it would run poorly) or a lazy idle control valve. The former can be adjusted or replaced if necessary, the latter can be cleaned or replaced. All of this is easy to do, and parts are fairly inexpensive.
6. Welcome to the world of old leather seats. An upholstery shop can fix it, or you can try your hand at sewing. Or get a seat cover. Or replace the seat. As long as you have a standar colored interior (tan or grey and not burgundy, brown, or blue) you can also get a nicer seat from a newer car. They aren't expensive usually.
7. Check them and replace as necessary.
Most of this stuff you can investigate and fix at home with basic hand tools. The brakes and the door are toughies. I'd be surprised if fixing this stuff cost $500 unless something is REALLY screwy with that door.
