Help on fuel injector harneses.... Posted by JustinHiFi [Email] (#829) [Profile/Gallery] (more from JustinHiFi) on Fri, 25 Apr 2003 15:49:16 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
I just completed my first ever headgasket replacement yesterdy on my '88 9k Turbo. There is however, one thing that I messed up on. I did not label my injector wires. I know the right two and the left two (as they are not long enough to reach the other side) but I am not sure if it is #1 or #2 and #3 or #4. I hooked up a voltmeter and pulled the spark plug and tried to see if the spark was on the off beat of the voltage, but the voltmeter just shows an almost constant voltage.
Can you help me ID what wire clips go on what injector....
Assumeing that this is what is causeing it not to start up, this should be all. I KNOW for sure that the timming is dead on, the cams and flywheel mark were dead on after installing the tentioner and rolling the engine over a few times.
Thanks,
JustinHiFi
