a month ago i put in a low deg thermostat and a low deg 2 speed fan switch.. and every thing worked great.. when idling the fan would come on and keep the temp gauge 5/8 or below(usualy about half way up the gauge)
well tonight i flushed the coolant and put in saab coolant. when i got done i let the car idle to top off the coolant and check for leaks.. but the fan did not turn on until the temp gauge hit about 3/4 of the way up.... it was almost like the lower speed switch did not turn the fan on. and the high speed fan finaly turned on when the car was warmer than i would like it to ever be.
any thoughts?
one more question
is there a way to have the fan turn on high at the lower fan setting? to just make it use high all the time?
