them back in and just manually start the LO First, to check the Hi keep the Lo engaged and then move the Hi speed relay to on.
If you have hard water in your area and you don't use distilled water in coolant there will be a calcium buldup on the zone with the largest temp shock, ergo the radiator.
Also my sloped driveway is a help in burping the 9k's the stat is not the high point in the system unlike my previous SAAB's with a bleeder nipple at the stat.
