I think you may have water collected in your A/C evaporator box. It will run over and hit the fan of the cabin air blower fan blades on right turns only. Here is what you do: You will have to remove the panel in front of the firewall by unscrewing two hexhead screws then remove the map sensor on the passenger side with torx screws and gently place out of the way. Wiggle up this panel and look down beneath the A/C condensor housing and you will see the aquarium drain. Clean out debris here. Next look for a black hose with a purposely designed flat end (so bugs can't crawl up into the system) You need to get a long stick 2' and massage this flap end that has glued itself shut. When you loosen the crud, a stream of water will pour out - up to a half liter. Whole project takes 30 minutes to and hour. I hope this is your problem. Post a success story if it is.
