I pulled the steering wheel with no problem, but was unable to figure out how to proceed
from there to remove the lock assembly. Tried removing the bolt from the steering column
adjustment lock, 'cause it appears if that's out of the way the whole assy. should just
slide off the column....but couldn't figure out how to remove that bolt. There's a large
allen fitting on the lever end and nut and bolt on the other, but they don't seem to
want to seperate or slide out of the assy., so I guess it means removing the whole column?
I don't have a manual on hand, so any procedural help on removing the ignition housing
assy. much appreciated before I attempt surgery on the old cylinder.
