I wondered the same thing when I removed my 5 spd, if it is a manual you will likely find it lighter than you think. I could easily carry it over to the bench myself, and I'm no Haystack Calhoun :-) If its an auto all bets are off.
If a manual, carefully note how the bellows over the slave cylinder orientates before removing......good luck.
