is two old cars...
Forgive me, but if it were me I'd say a fond farewell to the old n/a while it still functions, and put the $500 into some winter tyres for the Aero. One big (let's face it, small) breakdown and it will be unsaleable, and none of the parts will help you with the Aero. You might make a little more money parting it out on Ebay but after the vultures have picked away at the meagre flesh, you will be left with the carcase that remains...
When I sold my rusting 96 V4 I took a deposit from a student who said he would come with a trailer to collect it. He then called to say he couldn't afford the trailer and would drive it home instead. I insisted he spend the small amount he owed me on a trailer rather than give me the money - the car was that bad and I didn't want his demise or incarceration on my conscience.
Respectfully suggest you wait for some decent weather, shine up the '94 and find a slightly richer student than I did.
