Actually the injectors are supposed to turn off on closed throttle decel. My guesses are crankshaft position sensor, injector(s) sticking open or a weak ground dropping out when hot. The CPS is hard to diagnose if it won't stay broken. The way to check for leaky injectors is to watch the voltage at the o2 on closed throttle decel. It should go down. If o2 voltage stays high on decel, the fuel can only be coming from the injectors or a pressure regulator leaking raw gas into the intake.
