I assume you mean the blower motor that pushes air into the cabin. There is a fan on the front of the radiator that comes on with the A/C compressor.
Changes are very good that the water drain for the blower motor is clogged, and you've filled with water. Go around a corner, and the blower becomes a very poor pump.
With the hood open, look at the false firewall right behind the engine. You'll see a fat hose coming out about half-way down that just stops, with a little spring-loaded cover. Pop it open and clean it out. Having a cold car really helps here. You may also need to remove the horizontal cover at the base of the windshield (just a few screws) to get more access. Clean out any debris, leaves, brush, squirrels, that you may find.
