Rotor warp AGAIN!!!?

OK, guys (and gals) I replaced front brakes with new Brembo rotors and Saab pads about 4 months ago. I am getting rotor pulsing again! It still has that scrunching noise and I will be replacing control arm bushings, ball joints, tie rods and sway bar links and bushings soon. I can't see how that stuff could lead to warpage.
I have asked if they are using a torque wrench when installing the lug nuts. They often clean the inner rim surface that meets the rotor.
What am I missing? The caliper on the driver side is a rebuilt Centric from Euro too that is 4 years old. Could that do it? Should I coat the rim/rotor surface with anti-seize?
Thanks for all thoughts.
