I switched from oem Saab rotors, to Zimmerman c-d's, to Brembo flat-faced, to now AutoZone Duralast rotors. Always the same issue: rotors feel warped after in use for approx. 10K miles. I get the scrunching sound, and then the terrible shakes. I've used oem Saab pads, PBR MetalMasters, PBR Deluxe, and now AutoZone Duralast pads: nothing helps, always the same.
I've replaced the brake fluid with ATE Super Blue, and am now thinking I will replace the rubber brake lines (I read that if they're old, they could be causing a swelling situation), and if that doesn't help, then I'll change the front calipers with re-man'd.
Something's gotta give because these brakes are driving me crazy!!!!!
