Thanks for the replies. I've already checked the waste gate, and all the vac lines are new except the ones going to the bpc valve. When I replaced the other lines I checked theses and all were good with no cracking. What is the best way to clean them? If that doesnt work I'll move on the the map sensor.
This overboost is annoying; I now have a boost leak under my dash because of it.
