OK, Ari, I had cleaned the contacts just as you said before any posts today. I clamped 300 grit paper between them top then bottom a couple times. I have a new one to pick tomorrow tho.

I did jumper from battery to the yellow clutch wire and it did click. So.... Looks like the relay?
